Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events.
Fulfillment & Shipping Partners
Wholehearted Brew Co. partners with Printify to fulfill and ship your items directly from the nearest production facility to ensure timely delivery and reduced environmental impact. Because of this, items in your order may ship separately if they are produced at different locations.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner:

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

International Orders: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
These are estimated time frames and may vary based on carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions apply for international destinations depending on Printify’s carrier network.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Wholehearted Brew Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wholeheartedbrewco.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Wholehearted Brew Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order through Printify, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us at info@wholeheartedbrewco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
